SHIPPING POLICY

UK orders are charged at £4.50 and are sent first class by Royal Mail. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery. Our candles are hand poured in very small batches and will often be made to order.

RETURN POLICY

Every effort is made to provide you with a candle of the highest quality. If your candle, diffuser or wax melts don't burn in the way that you think they should then please contact us directly for a chat!

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards for online payments. If you meet us at a market we accept cash or card payments, tech permitting!
